OUR MISSION

National Youth Safety Initiative

We aim to mitigate brain injuries among the youth by supplying Guardian Caps to high school and youth tackle football leagues!

Guardian Caps

The Guardian Cap

Is a validated, lightweight, energy-absorbing overlay that straps directly onto the exterior of standard football helmets.

Mandated By The NFL:

The NFL claims that by mandating Guardian Caps during training camp, they reduced in-practice concussions by 50%.

Physics of Protection:

It acts as a decelerator for impacts, reducing the structural force transmitted to the brain by up to 33%.

Widespread Validation:

This technology has rewritten the standards of athletic safety and has been rapidly growing among college teams as well.

Message From The Founder

Charles Satchell - Former U.C. Berkeley Player & Coach

20+ Years Football Experience

"I lived the game, now I'm dedicated to protecting the kids who play it."

For 20 years, football defined my life. As a player I climbed the ranks of elite competition, winning a CCS Championship, ranking as a Top 100 receiver in the nation, and earning a scholarship to Cal Berkeley.

Following my career as a player, then as a coach at Cal, I spent eight years running youth football camps, training hundreds of young athletes.

During those years, my view on concussions shifted.

I had the honor of meeting with Dr. Bennet Omalu, the legendary forensic pathologist who first discovered Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE) in NFL players. Dr. Omalu laid bare the devastating reality of early-stage brain trauma in children. He also gave me a clear mandate: "Football needs drastic change to protect the future youth," and I accepted the challenge.

We are a team of dedicated former athletes, coaches, and executives using our experience and network to scale a logistical solution. We turn scientific warnings into direct action as we execute this rollout nationwide.
