How to Confirm Your Win:

Share the last 30 seconds of your match, it should show you as the winner!

 

If opponent cold quits, video clip needs to show the “connection to opponent lost” message.

 

Record the invite process to ensure you receive the win if your opponent is a no show after 10 minutes beyond the start time.

 

No Shows:

If a player does not respond to your friend invite or does not check into the event prior to the game, they will be eliminated. You will need to show video proof that your opponent "no showed" to receive the win and advance to the next round.

How To Handle Disputes:

 

Record all games and submit evidence in the case of a dispute.

 

If a player doesn’t respond to a dispute text within 10 minutes they will be disqualified and the player who presented evidence will receive the win.

 

We have no tolerance for players who cheat.

 

Players who try to cheat to advance will be disqualified and banned from our platform. They will not be refunded if a disqualification occurs.
